Sucker Punch Productions, the studio behind Ghost of Yōtei, has reportedly had layoffs. According to US outlet Aftermath, 26 people are affected.

Ghost of Yōtei launched for PS5 in October 2025; the Complete Edition with Echoes of Sekigahara followed on October 1, 2026.
