Shrek 2 Remastered launches on November 10, 2026. Aspyr is re-releasing the licensed game based on the 2004 movie together with Universal for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch and PC.
What you need to know
The remaster is developed and published by Aspyr, the studio behind Tomb Raider I–III Remastered and the Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection. It is based on the original action-adventure, now with updated visuals.
Co-op for up to four players
Up to four players can play together, locally or online, and you can switch between heroes such as Shrek, Donkey, the Three Little Pigs and Mongo at any time.
